Framebuffer data in 10.12.3 is different from the Find data in your patch...

Current data as extracted from the kext binary
02 04 0A 00 00 04 00 00 07 01 00 00

Note: 0a is used for the delay instead of 09

Patch required:
Find: 02 04 0A 00 00 04 00 00 07 01 00 00
Replace: 02 04 0A 00 00 08 00 00 07 01 00 00

finally I can change the connector type with your patch, thank you very much
but the audio still cannot output the audio via HDMI

I follow this site
https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/...o-sandy-ivy-haswell-broadwell-skylake.189495/

but I can't find the HDAU in my DSDT
I only find the HDEF in DSDT
I can't change the layout-id to match both HDAU and HDEF
is it the main problem that I can't output the hdmi audio ?

is my AppleHDA patcher will affect to HDMI audio ?
because my onboard sound is work perfectly.

No problem reporting files attached.
Unfortunately, I'm not clairvoyant, and cannot see what you're doing without them.
Read guide, post #1, "Problem Reporting".

layout-id injections on HDEF and HDAU are mismatched.
You injected layout-id=12 on HDAU and layout-id=3 on HDEF.
They must match.
"hda-gfx" not injected on HDAU (you have it on HDEF, where is not needed).
connector-type in the 0105 (@1) is not patched for HDMI.
The ioreg shows no HDMI device plugged in (no HDMI audio expected without HDMI device plugged).

thank you for your patch to make my connector-type to be <00 08 00 00>
today I patch the "Audio Layout 3" to DSDT again, and remove hda-gfx in HDEF
Also, patch the "Rename B0D3 to HDAU" and change the layout-id of HDAU to match with HDEF

finally, HDMI Audio is work perfectly. and no black screen when hotplug the hdmi cable
thank you RehabMan
