I'm a newbie on mackintosh, but tryin my best ;-)

I have an Asus P6T Deluxe V2 board with OS X 10.9.4 running.
After the last upgrade to 10.9.4 i'm not able to update my apps via the app store.
Keep getting this error:
appstore.jpg

I trief both solutions below but still no luck:
Solution:1: Go to /Extra in your main hard drive and open the text file org.Chameleon.boot.plist with TextEdit. This is the configuration file for the Chimera bootloader (which UserDSDT uses). Add this string to the part of the file between <dict> and </dict>:
<key>EthernetBuiltIn</key>
<string>Yes</string>

Then reboot. If this doesn't solve the errors, proceed to the next solution.

Solution:2: If neither of the above solutions fix the issue, open the System Preferences app and go to the Network section. On the left-hand column in the Network section, select each of the items and remove it by clicking the minus sign on the bottom of the column.

Then, go to /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration in your main hard drive and delete NetworkInterfaces.plist. Or alternatively, drag it to the desktop (as a backup, in case things go wrong).
By removing all of the Network items in System Preferences and deleting NetworkInterfaces.plist, you have effectively reset the network configuration for Mac OS X. Reboot (you may have to reconfigure your internet connection afterwards).

My org.chameleon.Boot.plist looks like this:
<dict>
<key>EthernetBuiltIn</key>
<string>Yes</string>
<key>PCIRootUID</key>
<string></string>
<key>GraphicsEnabler</key>
<string>Yes</string>
<key>IGPEnabler</key>
<string>Yes</string>
<key>Kernel</key>
<string>mach_kernel</string>
<key>Kernel Flags</key>
<string></string>
<key>Legacy Logo</key>
<string>Yes</string>
<key>Timeout</key>
<string>2</string>
<key>GenerateCStates</key>
<string>Yes</string>
<key>GeneratePStates</key>
<string>Yes</string>
<key>UseKernelCache</key>
<string>Yes</string>
</dict>

And my smbios.plist looks like this:
<dict>
<key>SMfamily</key>
<string>Mac Pro</string>
<key>SMproductname</key>
<string>MacPro3,1</string>
<key>SMboardproduct</key>
<string>Mac-F42C88C8</string>
<key>SMserial</key>
<string>G8803H5C5J4</string>
<key>SMbiosversion</key>
<string>MultiBeast.tonymacx86.com</string>
</dict>

Please help to fix, so that i can buy software again from the app store and also update.

Did you install Ethernet drivers appropriate for your networking hardware?

You must have working/built-in Ethernet at en0 to access the MAS.

OK, i will test this.

Because my onboard weren't working anymore (after the upgrade), i'm using a Apple USB Ethernet Adapter.

Should i just disable the onboard nics in the bios? Or should i do it somewhere else?

Working built-in Ethernet is a requirement. If you have a supported Ethernet chip, you should install drivers for it. If not, you can use NullEthernet.kext.
