I could be wrong about the Holiday Christmas tree. I'm dizzy from all this.

Here's a screen shot of the folder opened with Clover Config.

That shows that you are booting from your old EFI. It's still on iMac14,2 system definition.

OK.How do I fix that?
Like I said, once you're screen brought me back to my normal boot screen, there were only two options and that was my two HDs. Main and BkUp.

Please try with this EFI.

Same procedure?
Delete the folder on the hidden partition and replace it with this one?

OK, your boot screen is up.
I have 6 boot options.
Boot from:
BkUp HD
Recovery HD
Filevault Preboot
Install Prebooter from Preboot
Hack HD (my main)
Recovery HD

It's a lovely boot screen btw.
Simple and elegant. I like it!

The only possible fly in the ointment I can see is that @BillieJo is using the latest Mojave Security Update (18G2022). For this the USB Port-limit Removal Patch probably does not work.

So although the patches are in place, they won't reveal the USB3 ports, only HS01 to HS14 with maybe an SS port or USR etc.
