Boot your system in Verbose Mode and post a picture of your screen when it freezes/hangs.
At Clover Boot Screen press space bar and select Verbose (-v) and Don't reboot on panic (debug=0x100).

• Can you see [Upload a File] button toward the bottom Right of this Message Entry box of this Forum?
• Click that and then navigate to the Folder where you have the JPG image you want to Upload to this Forum and click and automatically it will be uploaded to this Forum.[See the uploaded image for visual help]
