10.13 to 10.13.2 stalled at installGTK: GTK installed

I found a link here to resolve the boot loop, which did involve removing the NVIDIA drivers. I was able to boot back to a basic 800x600 resolution. I tried the NVIDIA web driver update which resulted in stalled booting. Scrubbbed the video driver again then tried the 10.13 to 10.13.2 update. I’m now stuck at a GTK problem. See photo attached.

The disk4s2 errors are due to a problem removing Windows from a failed dual boot install. I will attempt to address that later.

Also when booting or rebooting no video on screen. Single DP connection to BenQ GW2765. Activity LED does blink, fans are changing RPM which may indicate something happening, however video remains blank. System does eventually reboot. Then blank screen, disk activity LED blinks, fans change speeds, eventually system will reboot. I find a hard power off at PS switch will sometimes get video back at bootup.

Did you got your issue resolved? I'm having the same issue while perform update to 10.15.6/7
It stuck at GTK installed message. Not sure why.
