This when i tried to move to 10.15.4 from 10.15.3 with the combo update. I decided to reinstall 10.15.1 now with the multibeast and let the os download the update straight to 10.15.4. Everything smooth now. Cannot guess what was wrong as the drives were AFPS. Anyway thanks
Your guide is very good. I have a simular setup but can't get EIST(speedstep) to work no matter what. I remember in the past using an old facesmc kext it used to work.
I generated an SSDT for my old i52400,but temps where higher with the SSDT. So i checked "generate p states" and "drop oem" with clover. It gave me less states but temps are OK now.
I can confirm also that everything works using this guide on 1c bios. Only difference i used MultiBeast 6.1 audio, Apple acpiplatform.kext rollback and didn't need evoreboot.
I managed to get everything working with the uefi bios and only fakesmc in extensions. The SSDT that works for i2400 that i have is the i7 SSDT from multibeast.
In case something is screwed you can go back to the award bios with this utility in a bootable usb http://www.mediafire.com/file/44l4l5nb3ch2wr2/efi2awd.zip and your bios file
I used deep sleep util and the kext from 10.6.8 and now the computer sleeps. Problem is when it wakes i have no mouse (have to unplug and put it back again). Logs say : IOSUSBFAMILY is having troubles enumerating a usb device.
This is for DFI jr p45 t2rs
It is edited so you can have all fixes + hi-def audio + Apple LPC Device fix to be recognized by osx. Shutdown -restart ok. Doesn't resume from sleep - don't know how to fix.
My installation is vanilla with fakesmc.kxt only and efi studio for the old 7900gt...
