Hey, some "news" about power management. 10.7.4 preview was seeded a while ago and it seems to contain a new build of AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement.kext which does not result in an instant reboot. Instead there is just a normal Kernel Panic.

I've attached an archive with the file in it. I'm far from experienced with dsdt editing, but i used the following method: http://tonymacx86.com/viewtopic.php?t=35559 to extract the information and i saved in plain file. I hope it helps. And thanks by the way!
