    ok i installed the new set of RAM according to the Gigabyte Guidelines. Unfortunately in the BIOS it reads the amount of RAM correctly, but same result is happening. Did I do the system memory multiplier wrong? i has to be set according to the speed of the RAM-module right?

But i agree with you, there probably is a hardware issue on my side. I will clone/backup my hard-drive, just in case it burns someday in the future! Mark as solved.
