what version of clover? i noticed this too while playing itunes (the short freezes)

Are you on wifi the whole time? i just found out that wifi is required to unlock with the watch (which I had off since I used ethernet to connect).

Ended up restoring back to Yosemite using Timemachine - think I may wait on the sidelines for this Beta program...

Doesn't seem to load after restart for me. Nothing really obvious on the screen (bluetooth errors etc) - safeboot doesn't work either. Might be going back to Beta1 or Yosemite here

I've noticed this with my GTX 760 too - on a new Motherboard and using UEFI Clover as boot loader. Were you able to figure out the issue? I noticed it in the graphics demo of the mouse scrolling in the Mouse System Prefs section.

Yes IDs are the same through reboots (one weird thing with clover is that it will only work when i use the USB drive to boot it, but the config.plist that it reads is the one from my hard drive... strange but i decided to give up and just keep the usb in and it boots fine, id's and S/Ns are...

I think this might be an actual issue with Yosemite and not just limited to hacks. I tried this: 'sudo killall coreaudiod' and afterwards the calls appeared to be working - not sure if this is something I will have to do every time FaceTime is reopened or the hack is restarted....

Try the bootflag: -v nv_disable=1 also, make sure you boot with -v as well, since it will give you a verbose log and should help print out if there are other issues occurring.
