Problem Report:
1. PM seems to work properly, but if I issue the command cat /var/log/system.log | grep "AICPUPMI:" I can see only 5 P-States instead of 16 contained in my SSDT; also Console/Search: XCPM is empty...
I ran multibeast, this is the .mb file I used. Then rebooted and blank hdd (no error messages, anything) while if I plug in unibeast usb everything works fine...I don't know why probably there's a problem with my laptop
I see but maybe I didn't explain my problem properly, so let's clarify my situation: without unibeast usb plugged in, it behaves like if you try to boot a blank hdd, so I can't even try to boot verbose because nothing appears and I can't do anything.
Ok, so I did a little mistake during installation; I didn't run gptsync /dev/sda before installing windows, that's why it wasn't possible to install in a GPT partition without UEFI boot support.

and, since i have alc269 i've just downloaded the file AppleHDA_10.8_Patched.zip then applied the dsdt patch suggested above and that's it..audio fully...

Finally I'm able to boot without the NullAppleIntelCPUPowerManagement !!! :D
I've extracted the SSDT tabe, put it in /Extra folder then unselected Generate P C States flags then selected DropSSDT flag and thats it
Now..The sleep is properly working, just the pc wakes up...
