Yes, you are correct. But the case I own, came with two USB 3.0 ports in the front, so I don't have any available USB 2.0 ports.
In the past the installation for Yosemite worked fine using USB 3.0 port. Maybe I just got lucky?

Just wanted to thank you. This worked for me. Though slight different.
When I tried this it told me a file was in used and asked if I wanted to Force Eject, which I chose. It asked me to confirm my choice, and once selected I was able to move forward and complete the UniBeast USB.
Below is a picture when booting in verbose mode. I have tried different things to get it to work with no luck. Any helps is greatly appreciated.

before, i was able to upgrade clover via clover configurator. now when i click to check for update available and perform update, it will not update at all. i'm using version 4.27.0 of clover configurator.
has anyone else experienced this? what other methods do you guys use to update clover...
updated directly from app store...everything worked just like it was before...shut the system off...went to bed...got home tonight, started it up...it has very low volume....
