Coffee Lake user here using UHD630. Just updated. I had the screen flickering problem and changed smbios from 18,3 to 18,1 and it's working fine now. No problems with USB either. Did not do the patch.

Thanks! Deleting com.apple.systempreferences.plist didn't help but as someone else there posted, I do have Duet Display installed. Removing it from automatically starting at login fixed my problem.

I got mine working finally. I had additional kexts besides FakeSMC.kext that were duplicated in /Library/Extensions/ that were also in /EFI/EFI/CLOVER/kexts/Other/. I made sure the newest version was in EFI and removed the duplicates from /L/E. Then worked fine. I'm not sure which kext was the...

Did you get it working? I'm having the same problem. As UtterDisbelief suggested, I made sure to select the Installer at the CBM but it reboots shortly without finishing. I'm also stuck at build 17D47 and see the "macOS Install Data" folder left over.

Yeah it's weird. I haven't had any problems on previous systems either. I've seen a few folks with 300 series post their success on the main 10.13.3 supplemental thread. Everyone else seems to be having problems with NVIDIA drivers which I'm not using.
