You beat me to it. I also just got things working on the same board. For anyone having problems with the same or similar z390 board, check my post titled "Success on ASUS ROG STRIX z390 e gaming motherboard." I posted the steps I did as well as the EFI's I used.

I recorded the boot but it is almost impossible to read. Th text just goes way too fast and the camera on both my iPad and phone could not pick it up very well. I tried like 30 different times to record it and could not get a good recording. Is there a way to output the text to a file?

Just tried it, same result but the loading bar did move faster. Can you post your EFI so that I can see what you have going on? And what motherboard are you on?
Is there a way for me to edit this post so that it does not look so spaced out? I typed this all out in Libre Office first and it looked fine there but looks horrible here.
