If you're using Clover Configurator, under Boot set Timeout to 0. Otherwise, in your config.plist, modify this manually here:

No, this wouldn't work. For starters, your cloned hard drive wouldn't have any of the correct information to boot or run OS X for the hardware in your hack.
The text is called a kernel panic. After a few searches, it looks like your issue might be in fixed by installing the NullCPUPowerManagement kext.
