PREVIOUS WRONG POST:

EDIT!!!!!
I've just deleted the WLAN interface in the PrefPane. After re-adding it I have 6 MB/s??? rebooting now.
EDIT2: After rebooting I am still on fullspeed. Sorry for the confusion. Obviously removing and readding the device solves that issue. I'll test it again in one or two hours, just to make sure.
Code:
[SIZE=1]Bad news rebranding AR5B195. The replacement card shipped today.
My second attempt with the AR5B195 lead to the [B]same error[/B] as I experienced with the first one, even though this time I rebranded it without any difficulty!
With perfect WiFi connections conditions I have 50-100 KB/s W-LAN speed. With an AR5B95 (NO BT) that error did not occur. Only with both BT-enabled cards.
My best guess is, that it is a driver issue, because when I boot into Ubuntu the card gets recognized as the rebranded one and a different driver is loaded. With this driver the card works out of the box and I can get full 6 MB/s over the air. That is why I do not think it is hardware (or EEPROM) related.
Is there anything I could do (even send you the card for further testing?)
