Order of installation doesn't matter.

The hdd should pe MBR or GPT ?

The OS X installer requires GPT.

For what it's worth, the default HD4600 framebuffer garbled the heck out of my display. 0x0a260005 mostly worked with the exception of some letter glitching in the menu bar (RehabMan, your guide omits the 0 following 0x in the HD4600 framebuffers, example being 0xa260005 instead of 0x0a260005), but I found that 0x0a2e000a worked best initially, but I noticed when the display went to sleep that it no longer comes back... argh. Will troubleshoot more.

The 4.0 version of the Elan trackpad driver does some weird stuff.. I noticed that sometimes I lose keyboard/mouse for a few seconds once the kext is loaded, and the tracking speed is REALLY slow, even if it's turned up all the way. Two-finger scrolling doesn't work, and tapping, either with one or two fingers, doesn't do anything. Does this affect you others as well? When I load VoodooPS2Trackpad.kext, it behaves really well, has good acceleration, etc, but the Trackpad prefpane doesn't do anything (as warned). Is there a happy medium?

Ok, right now im in Disk Utility.

I tried every ig-platform-id but no luck, i waited for the pc to restart so im sure it doesnt work. Maybe it's the 4K resolution, i dont know.

With the Intel injection disabled the screen has 4K resolution in the installer.

Also, trackpad doesnt work (downloaded Elan_v4_final) so i had to plug in an external mouse.

I found that VoodooPS2 simply jumps the mouse around the screen, left and right clicking randomly everywhere. It used to work absolutely fine! Now, however, I just can't get it to work anymore, so I have to use the less perfect Elan driver :| I haven't seen any VoodooPS2 style kext that is compatible with the Elan touchpad either...

Clover automatically picks the best VESA resolution so you have the proper resolution for your display. However, When you boot into OS X you won't have QE/CI. About the mouse, you can also try VoodooPS2 but it didn't work that well for me (see above). Good luck!

The guide is not inaccurate... 0xa260006 is the same number as 0x0a260006.

You should try adapting the 9mb cursor bytes patch to 0xa260005.

I don't have any ELAN trackpad hardware. I seek out Synaptics as that's where I've done my work...

Interestingly I can't even get the OS X installer to load now, even with a clean config.plist and cleaning out unnecessary kexts from the USB. Getting frustrated, considering there aren't any visible errors on-screen in verbose mode.

Define "clean config.plist".

A straight 4600 config from your repository. The only kexts in /EFI/CLOVER/kexts/Other/ are AppleACPIPlatform.kext, ApplePS2ElanTouchpad.kext, FakeSMC.kext, and GenericUSBXHCI.kext

Post quality photo of verbose boot (entire screen).

Also, post your EFI folder.
