You might find the following good for you:

The official position is that Apple does not yet support these processors as detailed here:

Hope that helps you get started on your build. :thumbup:

I had the same problem with my Gigabyte GA-X79-UD5 but I got it working with these boot flags:
PCIRootUID=1 acpi=off npci=0x2000 darkwake=0

hope that helps.

Should i add the whole
PCIRootUID=1 acpi=off npci=0x2000 darkwake=0

Your graphics card is not well supported on 10.8.2, try using the combo update to 10.8.3 as a minimum:
http://www.tonymacx86.com/317-os-x-10-8-3-update.html
http://www.tonymacx86.com/354-os-x-10-8-4-update.html
http://www.tonymacx86.com/380-os-x-10-8-5-update.html

Your processor should use this:
Post Installation
6 and 8 core CPUs need a special kext called VoodooTSCSync by Cosmosis Jones of VoodooProjects. Install to /System/Library/Extensions using KextBeast or DPCIManager.
Edited for 6 core CPU with 12 Threads (IOCPUNumber=11): VoodooTSCSYNC-6core.zip

I am assuming that you are using a Gigabyte GA-X79S-UP5 motherboard? What CPU do you have. The best thing to do would be to fill out your hardware. Go to your name at the top right of screen and hover your mouse over your name, click on the 'settings' option and accurately list your Motherboard, CPU model and graphics card. We need to know what you have to offer meaningful advice. :thumbup:

LOL, well now at least we all know what the hardware you have is.:thumbup:

Did you try the boot flags that MacMan suggested? npci=0x2000 cpus=1
next try npci=0x3000 cpus=1

Just to be clear '0' is the number zero.

Update with what you have tried since our last communication and the results.

Post #16 you said "i m running 10.8.2 is perfect problem coming with 10.9 after post instation with kernal flags i thing coz in guide its says add under kernal flags ncpi=0x3000 still cant boot properly after restart its stuck on apple logo and goes black screen"

Did you try the post installation solution that I gave in post #15?
