You'll just need to download Monterey and make the USB via createinstallmedia method.

Get monterey here: https://swcdn.apple.com/content/dow...nyju8nkv4wpaqtdmvzfogkcb/InstallAssistant.pkg

Then follow the createinstallmedia guide here. Use macOS Monterey Release: (not Beta)

Code:
sudo /Applications/Install\ macOS\ Monterey.app/Contents/Resources/createinstallmedia --volume /Volumes/USB /Applications/Install\ macOS\ Monterey.app --nointeraction

I tried just. But failed for Monterey.
Now I get useless boot args.

Because I really don’t know how to create my Mobo EFI and install the macOS.
I don't use or support Clover anymore. Haven't kept up with it for the last 3 years. The version you'd need to install Monterey is nothing like the r511x and older versions.

There's no problems with this RX 580. Many people use it. There's no reason to keep asking us if AMD Polaris cards have native support. Buy it and try it out. You can always return it within 30 days.
@trs96
I have done the Big Sur.
Where am I missed and done wrong ?
I have done the Lilu and WEG kexts.

Can help find out these 2 issues And how to solve?

I can only tell you of a problem I had at first. It may not be your problem. The RX580 has a small switch on the top rear of its cover. It should be in the forward position, toward the front of your computer. In my case it would not work in the rear position. (The switch sets full performance in the forward position, and is supposed to give quieter but lower performance in the rear position.)

@wstrohm
I could not see any a small switch on the graphic card or even on the cover surface and really have no idea what is that.
Is it similar with yours?
What is your?
