May do this, I just have to clone my install to an external SSD and attempt it on there first (my usual method of testing- might do it tonight) the only issue I can see is, I don’t know if there’s a new driver to replace the SmallTree 10G driver I’m using for my onboard 10GbE ports. Monterey keeps warning me that support for it will end in a future MacOS update. Anybody able to advise?Hi, did someone install MacOs Ventura final version on ASUS WS Sage X299/10G?
While I’m here @CaseySJ - any idea about why the ports disappear when getting into MacOS? It’s just a matter of port swapping on reboot- but it’s annoying.@CaseySJ so here’s an update.
The dock is working, it shows all the drives connected in the BIOS but they don’t all show up in MacOS. So the question is, what do I change in MacOS to get everything to show back up?
I struggled with this as well, but haven’t found a solution. Apple’s firmware (BIOS) plays a significant role in overall Thunderbolt implementation on a real Mac. On my Designare Z390 test bench, I have a specially modified BIOS in which Thunderbolt firmware (UEFI drivers) from a real Mac has been surgically inserted. That provides some benefits, but it still doesn’t solve all the corner cases.…

For context, I have the USB 2 header from the Titan Ridge going into an NZXT hub, but I’m wondering if this issue is port mapping related?
What I don’t get though, when I had Mojave, this wasn’t an issue. I don’t know what changed.I struggled with this as well, but haven’t found a solution. Also, does anybody know the right driver for the onboard Sage/10G 10 GbE ports beyond Monterey?
I think I did the EEPROM mod already, is it the same as before when you had to boot Linux and do a few terminal commands? Or do I have to re-do it?The SmallTree ones still worked in Ventura betas or you can try the EEPROM mod to change to Sonnet.
here are the drivers https://www.sonnettech.com/support/kb/kb.php?cat=513&expand=_a3&action=b1192#b1192

I'll have a look soonI changed stuff according to your EFI, sadly the same error occurs.
Thx anyway
