after also reading around this site, some user's have issues running the latest version of opencore on older macOS operating systems
@Arky
The above opinion is that I can't install any OS other than High Sierra where I'm currently experiencing with the HP8200SFF.
Why not try installing Monterey as described in this thread?
You don't get GPU Acceleration, but the installation should succeed.

GPU Acceleration may also be available in the future.

in the thread the user has exactly the same problem that I have with the usb, it does not seem to me that he has solved the problem ... in fact I reiterate that my problem is not the graphics card (maybe it will be when I manage to install MacOS but at the moment that is not the problem) but rather the USB ports as they disable my keyboard and mouse just when I have to install MacOS.

Sorry if I insist on this thing but in the last posts all continue and tell me that my video card is not compatible when in reality my problem right now is the USB ports

yes, you have a usb issue, and the other day you would have had a definite video card card issue, although with the new driver link it may work

Having video card problems is a guess that you made, I'm not absolutely convinced .. having black screen does not necessarily mean having a problem with the card, it can simply mean that the boot does not start and for me this is definitely more likely for two reasons:

1- the problem occurs only with opencore 0.8.1 ... if the card was incompatible it should not work even with previous versions.

2- I have read a lot on the subject on the web and from what I understand (deny me if I'm wrong) the problems with the video card, should occur in the MacOS environment so once the latter is installed and started and not in the boot phase

You should think about why you have successfully installed Monterey with the EFI posted in this thread and then not with High Sierra with the same EFI.
We should discuss the successful and proven EFI first.

I have never tried to install Monterey ... in a previous post I simply said that I tried the EFI of that user and it worked but always and only up to the MacOS installation page and like all the times I got stuck for USB problem.

The choice to try with High Sierra rather than Monterey or in any case more recent versions was given by the fact that the High Sierra was the only version that supported my video card ... then things changed but again, that's not what I it's blocking now

Try installing Monterey.
I know it doesn't support Metal2 and USB3.0 doesn't work, but the installation with USB2.0 should succeed.
If your Monterey installation isn't successful, you should try installing High Sierra after resolving the reasons why it wasn't successful.
