ASUS X299 Monterey/Ventura Support

HI Dude!may I ask you that how do you deal with 6900xt in osx?I inject device properties "wx6900" but seems no improvment, and could you show me you ioregistery “agape"?mine gfx0 is on "pic-bridge"
Wrong guy to ask unfortunately, since i have model of 6900XT that doesn’t require any config.

I would search in this thread :)

Why do you bother updating opencore every single version? ;) You would probably be fine with 0.7.5 for the next year or so :) I would never touch clover again, never did like it. Opencore feels so much cleaner and lightweight
I agree with you but for now I give my opinion:

The problem : every time you add a component or you want to make some improvement or buy a new mobo you must replay with config.plist.

I call that "mettre les mains dans le cambouis" Google traduction : get your hands dirty...

Is the same way when you add a kext or a SSDT...
And the SSDTs must match your system for the requiried : hmmm : PC10 or PC00...?

With Clover when your confIg.plist is OK you put the SSDTs, the kexts and go : no need to change something.

Before OpenCore, I kept the same config.plist with ten X299 mobos (and more ...) between 2017 and mid 2020 until Big Sur : only some cosmetic and bootargs changed.

Last year there was 0.6.X, this year 0.7.X: we are not all developers: a tool must be simple, intuitive.

And about the graphical interface: you have to add a driver and go back to the config.plist to adjust everything....

After hanging in with other developments, Clover wasn't ready when Big Sur came out, but with the integration of the appropriate parts of OpenCore [ principally in the code of BOOTX64.efi , CLOVERX64.efi , integration of Quirks section on the config.plist and the add of Openruntime.efi ] , it was already accomplished with OcQuirks before.

With some adjustments Clover is now simple as before and works smooth even sleep and wake with Titan Ridge add in card on Monterey

I work in 3D conception of building projects and in the construction economy, after doing my job OpenCore still manages to give me headaches...

Sorry if I missed something right with my "Frenchy" English

This is interesting. Do you mind sharing your clover EFI? Could be fun to just try it out. I would love to be convinced to change my mind :)

I am also in the 3D industry btw :)

Good lord… what are you gonna do with that 3080Ti beast? Obviously not using it with that marvelous MBP I got your same keyboard, it marvelous with the MX Master 3 (even if plastic became a bit dirty spongy)
I bought the m1 max macbook pro
To work on Final Cut Pro

And my 18 Core Hackintosh is going to be a Windows 11 machine
And to enjoy the best experience in Windows of course I would like rtx 3080 ti

The computer will be mostly a server, video conversions to Prores and some gaming :)

Which brand is that keyboard, Apple?
