If you are adjusting your usb kext you can also use my usb map since it’s the same board (all ports are defined) just set whichever port is fenvi Bluetooth to 255.
I checked up my USB present situation with Hackintool and I don't see something related to FENVI nor bluetooth ...

Your fenvi card would be connected to the usb hub you posted above with the Corsair h150i. Note that Corsair products kill sleep in macOS without disabling the port

Yes, Corsair, FENVI and TTR card all plugged into usb hub. Should I unplug Hydro USB cable?

Sure but you’ll loose pump/fan/rgb control in windows. I recommend connecting the corsair to a separate USB port so you can disable it in Mac while you can still access in windows. That adapter should split up the ports. You can use Hackintosh or ioreg to see what devices are plugged in which port. However like @izo1 mentioned looks like your kp issues may be from something else.

Yes, in my mainboard there isn't an usb 2.0 header, so I used

So the USB cable of the FENVI card is plugged into USB 2.0 hub. In the same hub are plugged Corsair hydro 150i and Titan Ridge card. Which USB port I have to set as "0"?
And speaking about USB port mapping,
1) this is my EFI situation:

2) should I disable and/or load something before proceeding?

Try completely unplugging the FENVI card for now. Including the onboard USB cable. It may be the hub I don't know. After all a lot of these products are cheaply made stuff in a niche market.

Can you also try removing FENVI card completely and see if the KP goes away? Use Ethernet for now.

Also if you truly have bent pins on your CPU, it might be pins that are connected to the IMC (Integrated Memory Controller) and that's why you're seeing KPs.

I went through 2 Prime Deluxe IIs (Rev1, when they came out) because the motherboard had issues hanging on with the 128GB of DDR4 RAM. I would get constant KPs. I switched to SAGE10/G and all the problems went away. You have the same board so it might be something related to the CPU itself or RAM?

Can you also remove all the RAM modules and start with a minimal amount and keep adding/rebooting to see if the problem arises from RAM itself? I am not sure how much RAM you have, but the higher amount (like 64GB+) means that it will hit the IMC harder and not all CPUs are created the same, so some will have issues pumping that much data through especially at higher clock speeds.

The thing about troubleshooting is you have to do one step at a time and diagnose where the issue is coming from, so you don't jump around until you exhaust one problem area to see if that's where the problem arises. I suggest starting from RAM and CPU first, but remove ALL PCIe cards first and just leave your Radeon VII in Slot 1 for now for testing purposes.

Sorry @Ghostmac1969 think I mixed you up with another user about the bent cpu pins lol. However it looks like the your usb ports aren't defined properly from your screenshot. Can you post your EFI? and check ioreg for HS01 and HS02 and see where your Corsair H150i, Fenvi card, and thunderbolt 3 card is located.

I checked up: 1) CPU pins --> ok 2) BIOS settings --> ok (i set SVID as enabled and memory frequency to auto instead 3200). I unplugged usb 2.0 cables of Hydro 150i AIO and FENVI card, letting plugged only TTR. Results: the hack ran fine for hours, transferring hundreds of GB from the net until I got to surf the internet using the mouse (lenovo USB) until the cursor started to jerk and poof -> KP again
In addition to the USB ports, the RAM remains to be checked. I have installed 4 x 32 GB CMK64GX4M2E3200C16 Corsair vengeance. I checked and this is not certified for SAGE / 10G by either ASUS or Corsair. In order not to be mistaken, I have agreed a return with Amazon but now I have to choose the right memory ...can you advise me on the purchase please?
@djlild7hina I will post EFI and IOREG later. thank you so much

I am using an MSI X299 Tomahawk motherboard. Can I ask you to make the OC EFI?
I successfully installed Catalina, but had problems with Big Sur.
