Yes we had a long discussion about this circa July 23. If your system is bootable with AptioMemoryFix (which will soon be replaced with FwRuntimeServices), then it’s advisable to use it. My system, however, does not boot with anything other than OsxAptioFix2Drv-free2000 when (a) IGPU is enabled and (b) WiFi/BT card is installed.@CaseySJ have you seen the forum post where the creator of OsxAptioFix2Drv-free2000 tells we shouldn't use that? There's also people that got it working using other drivers on Z390 models like Designare, Aorus Pro, etc
[SUCCESS] Gigabyte Designare Z390 (Thunderbolt 3) + i7-9700K + AMD RX 580
Hello guys, I had a problem where I could not boot my Z390 Ultra board with the iGPU enabled, but disabled it would boot fine. The solution for me was change out AptioMemoryFix for OsxAptioFix2Drv-free2000.efi The symptoms would be I set IGPU to angled and then I would get a stop sign...
