All USB 2 and 3 ports are enabled now!

Alright, thanks to @chanster asking me about options to getting all the USB ports working. I decided to do some more digging. I found this thread and applied Patch 1 and 2 to my config.plist. I removed my SSDT file and viola. All 25 ports are now enabled. Again HS14 is disabled during boot to disable the onboard wifi/bluetooth, so it doesn't show up.

All 3 of my config files as well as the whole folder is updated in the first post.

Thank you @ydeng

Thanks alot @psedog for the support.

I will surely do this tomorrow and reply you as soon as possible.
Also one more thing I want to ask you that I am seeing some error s while booting in verbose mode
Please also help with this to me.

Thanks once again for the same.

For VegaTab_64.kext I used different settings. Blouse's settings were a bit loud for my taste.
Update: VegaTab removed and added to the Clover Config file.

Idle Speed =1572
Target Speed = 2400
Minimum Speed =1000
Maximum Speed = 5000
Fan Sensitivity = 4836
Target Temp = 60c
Power Adjust = 50%

This method new for me. How and where were you added this options? :)

A couple of questions.
Did you use Clover Configurator to mount your EFI drive?
After that did you place the entire contents of my zip file into the EFI/EFI folder? (which by the way, I screwed up and should have only put my Clover folder on the first post (updating now))
It should look like this screenshot

Thanks @psedog for support

I had mounted EFI partition through clover configurator and copied your EFI folder to my HDD EFI but no luck. I have attached your EFI folder which you have updated and attached yesterday.
Also let me know that if you have again updated your EFI folder in first post again.
As the attached folder didn't fix the USB problem.

Thanks

...I had mounted EFI partition through clover configurator and copied your EFI folder to my HDD EFI but no luck...
I have placed my Clover folder in the first post. (Whole EFI folder is not required.)

Did you setup your bios using the Blouse guide? Link

Specifically this one
"Peripherals → USB Configuration → XHCI Hand-off : Enabled (Extremely important)"

USB C 3.1 Fast Charge? So plugging in my iPad Pro (capable of fast charge), it is recognized by iTunes without issues. However, it does not fast charge the device, I'm pretty sure it actual is charging at lowest 5watt speed.
If unfamiliar w/ this capability here is some info on different wattages and associated charge speeds.

USB C 3.1 Fast Charge?
So, our motherboard is capable of fast charging. It has to be enabled through Windows with Gigabyte software. Supposedly, once it works there it'll work in OSX. I haven't gotten it to work with my S9+ yet. I think my issue has to do with the fact that I boot to Windows through Clover.
The crazy part is the first couple of seconds after u connect, it says fast charge, but then reverts back to normal charge

Thanks for your reply

I will surely do as you said and let you know whether it's working or not. Also the bios settings have been already done and having the same settings according to the given link of blouse guide as provided by you In the above post. Also I had enabled XHCI HAND OFF. I will try once again and let you know by morning.

Thanks @psedog

@psedog Have you tried the update to 10.14.4 yet? Seems some people have reported: direct download from apple has worked with no issues, updated to new clover and installed updates, or multiple issues. Just skimming through it looks like the "only" issue would be updating the "remove port limit patch for those using it. uhttps://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/macos-10-14-4-update.274017/
