Nvidia Drivers for Mojave 10.14 Not Available, no WorkAround works well

Hi guys. I waited a long time for the driver from Nvidia for my 1060. Today I tried the GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 660 and I have a good result. I'm happy.
Sorry for my English. I'm from Russia.

355364 [/ ATTACH]
Nvidia has already released Mojave web drivers for a long time, but Apple keeps the release. Nvidia's web drivers need a subscription from Apple before release, and Apple's lord can stay for months or forever, as was the case with high-noise web drivers. Apple keeps these updates to web drivers, so people have to buy Mac hardware instead of custom builts.

ОБНОВЛЕНИЕ 2: Metal 2 (similar to DirectX12 in Windows) replaces OpenGL with MacOS. Therefore, in the future, you can expect MacOS gaming performance to be equivalent to windows. Thus, Apple will push the Mac lineup even more aggressively in the future.

WorkAround: To run your “high-speed web drivers” on Mojave, use this, but there is no hardware acceleration.

Success! created by WEBDriver!

If that were the 'real story' behind this delay, Nvidia could action against Apple because monopoly practices. The most razonable explanation could be that, to Nvidia, macOS doesn't represent a significant market and they give a f**k to release any update.

Cheers!

maybe a stupid question, but im stuck:
my geforce 750ti is supported in mojave. the only thing is, that i cant change the resolution. the only option is 1600x1200, but i would need 1920x1080. also my 2nd monitor (connected via dvi if this is important) isnt recognised.

on high sierra i used the web driver and the resolution plus the 2nd monitor worked without any problems.
am i missing something?

As far as I know, the GTX 750 Ti is a Maxwell card and Mojave has no support for Maxwell.

you´re right. it has maxwell architecture. i was blinded by "about this mac" which recognized it as 750ti. combined with all the "native support" discussion here, i was pretty damn sure that it has to work natively ;)

my bad, sorry.

however, i got it working with an older nvidia web driver, but it isnt fun at all. so i´ll get myself a cup of tea and just sit it out ;)

Those old drivers are not going to give you any acceleration in Mojave.

no they dont, BUT at least they give me my screen resolution and my 2nd monitor back ;)
seriously, i just tested it out. as i have installed mojave on a seperate disk to high sierra, im in no rush

So what is the best Radeon 580 board to buy today?
Also, is there a Radeon board for a mini case with only room for a single slot...to replace my GT 1030?
THX.

I think the Sapphire RX 580 Pulse is most popular. I don't know if it's necessarily "the best". This is the card I chose when putting together a build for a friend.

I have an MSI RX 560 low profile in my budget testing box. But it's not a single slot card. I think the most powerful single slot card you can get is the Radeon Pro WX 7100. If you need low profile AND single slot, there's the Radeon Pro WX 4100.

Apple supports all RX 470-580 boards but they recommend Sapphire Pulse RX 580.

For a slim board a think MSI makes a RX 560 for single slot use. The XFX RX 460-560 models won’t work they have incompatible vbios.
