which program do you use to get the temps please? and how did you get them? I'm using the Intel one.
I use iStat Menu, HWMonitor shows the same

Your ioreg shows otherwise.
I just followed you guide again and I hav this SSDT that has _OFF method. After done, CPU temp shows the same result.
_OFF method called:

There're 2 _OFF methods in this SSDT

And this:

I wonder is I call _OFF method right?? Is there smt I missed??
Below is debug file after put patched SSDT-4 to /ACPI/patched

What do you mean by "CPU temp shows the same result"?

Note: Your ioreg now shows the DGPU is disabled.

You should check for processes using CPU (it can happen with AppleALC, for example).

I relized that, CPU temp still in ˜50 C when I open 1 facebook tab Chrome, around 3˜4 C lower than before disabling dGPU in idle and 40C after sleep. Not 2 much but It's good. Thank you.
I found that no any abnormal activity here: (6 tabs chrome activated & no video playing)

I suggest you to use VoltageShift and undervolt the CPU, which results in lower power consumption and lower temperatures. On my 7700HQ I'm perfectly stable at -140mV (Prime95 stable) and load temperatures are decreased from 80°C to 68-69°C. Package wattage stays at about 28W on load (instead of 40W). Of course, though, it's higher priority to sort out the basic stuff like power management, as per stickied guides, first, as suggested by the other users before.

Is that method affects to machine's performance or smt like that, I think we should not do that. It's like we need 5 breads per day but all we have is 3 ones per day. Not enough energy, lel
