Im not 100% sure but i think we are spoofing kabylake igpu injections since mac has not come out with coffee.

Im glad i went with amd, the rx 560 is great for the price.

Surely it can power 4k fine on windows?

What brand is your 560?

Yea, reduced transparency is the only way I could get to 2048x1152-HiDPI with smooth animations (most of the time), otherwise even that resolution is choppy. I didn't reduce motion...Im just too used to the animation. Im going to buy an rx560.

That's strange, maybe there is more differences between graphics in 8100 and 8400. Because for me everything is smooth, graphics, animation...no problems at all. You can just notice some glitches on 4K over HDMI during system start but thats all. My both displays 4K and 3440x1440@60Hz works smooth. Maybe you can get the 8400 cheaper than the additional graphics :))

You know what, full resolution works very well for me (3840x2160), it only starts to perform worse with HiDPI resolutions above 1920x1080. Its because for example at 2048x1152 HiDPI, the OS is actually rendering double the pixels (4096x2304) which is more than 4k. Try a HiDPI resolution above 2048x1152 and let me know if it gets worse.

i got the DW1820a card and wifi is detected no problem.

the issue is with bluetooth, the apple wireless bluetooth keyboard keeps disconnecting and reconnecting

I just want to confirm that the the Lenovo 04X6020 works perfectly, and you don't need an adaptor. Its cheaper than the Dell one too.

Hello!
I want to buy a Broadcom wifi + BT card and want to change in my new motherboard: Asrock Z370M-ITX/AC.
In my MB has an Intel chipset card.

Which solution is better for me? I think it is better if i choose native hardware.

macbook air wifi card - BCM94360CS2 + adapter (also too big, but i saw by Fontanero #111 post, it is possible), i found more link to this seller. It is good for me?
imac wifi card - BCM94360CD + adapter (too big)
BCM94352Z - OR just use this card, i think it isn't native, but works with kext.

I use magic keyboard and magic mouse, so i need reliable (strong) bluetooth connection.

No need to use original or oversized card. Other brands works well too. I can suggest this one, perfectly fit inside the enclosure and works like charm.

Hi,if you need EFI support keyboard, no doubt, BCM94360CS2
It's perfect

Thanks fontanero.

What is it mean EFI support?
I can you before install any kext? So it's a native hardware. It want this functionality :)
Can you give me a valid link for a card and adapter? Because i see many-many on ebay, aliexpress, but i don't know which is fake or not.
What is linked above, i think it's bad, because it's not an NGFF M.2 adapter.
