can I overlclock my cpu /gpu ? Also how do I monitor my cpu heat in mac ?

I don't know of any other ways to manage notifications.

It's up to you whether you want to try overclocking or not. There are no guaranties when overclocking.

I use iStat Menus to monitor temps. HWMonitor also works and is free.

This motherboard comes with software that will do the overclocking automatically.

You can try using the newer 15 port limit patch rather than the one you are currently using:
Name: com.apple.driverusb.AppleUSBXHCI
Find: 837D940F 0F839704 0000
Replace: 837D940F 90909090 9090
MatchOS: 10.13.x
Comment: USB 10.13.4+ by PMHeart

Or, better yet, use the SSDT for USB.
