Well it seem I'm doomed :(. I have removed Intel inject from my Config.plist like @BreBo says, remove nvidiagraphicsfixup, re run nvidia-update from @benjamin.dobell, but steel all is the same. Also checked that PCIe Slot 1 is my first graphic output. The system feels with lag performance on windows and visual effects, sluggish scrolling, etc. I will compare my Config.plist with the one @kidpub post.
One more detail, I'm in 10.13.3 (17D102)
With your Gigabyte 100 series board you need to emulate native NVRAM support or the web drivers will not 'stick'.
Have you done this yet ?

If not, try the new Clover build.

What you ran this? https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/nvidia-update-simple-way-to-install-nvidia-web-drivers.244987/

I did that but it messed everything up and I had format and start over. It's like Russian roulette!

Hi @P1LGRIM , I'm using the last Clover build 4411 Clover UEFI Boot Mode v2.4k r4411 which I understand installs OsxAptioFix3Drv-64.efi. Recommended for 7/8/9/100/200/300 Series UEFI based CustoMac systems. Nevertheless I will give a try with Clover UEFI Boot Mode with Emulated NVRAM v2.4k r4411
I think my NVDIA web drivers "sticks" because y can see in NVIDIA preference pane that "NVIDIA Web Drivers" are selected.

All the same, no improvement with that trial

Not too much wrong with that.
I have made a few edits for you but I don't think that they will have much impact.
