I saw new changes you had made on config >ACPI/BOOT/Graphics. What verbose boot error prompted to making those changes?

you got to wait here watching the LED for clue. No other choice but patience until the Language screen shows up.

If it stalls here too long , may be it needs the Codec Commander that was removed without me knowing you had edited the ACPI section and Boot Section using advice from other Forum . I saw at that time Codec Commander was struggling and I thought that was the cause because I knew the previous CLOVER. What I did know that CLOVER had been altered unbeknownst to me.

Alright i will add it back and see what happens

I 'll try to follow this thread today as long as I can. I am busy with a lot of things and may be away at times.
Anytime you make a change to the setup, take a photo of screen to document what prompted that step , so that it easier to go back in case that step was unsuccessful. It will also help you to create (after editing and removing wrong steps) your own manual to setup HS in this Computer with the hardware and BIOS version, once you end up successful.

Alright...somehow i stumbled upon successfully getting up to the "Install macOS High Sierra" prompt, but it does not recognize my target SSD
