Nope. Still stuck when I try to boot with UEFI of High Sierra, after those last two changes.
Your "ACPI Fixes" has too many [√ ]. Some Fixes are more problem creators when not needed than helpers. You may have to remove a few . I have also to check other areas. it is too hard to do in a hurry. if I get a chance I will post edited images in 30-40 minutes before I call it quits after a very l---o---n---g day!

Oh, that would be awesome. Thanks a lot. I really appreciate the help and, even more importantly, the patience.

make sure in the BIOS >Chipset Menu check the Submenu under Vt-d >DISABLED
Internal Graphics must be >ENABLED
DVMT -Pre Allocated must be 128M
DVMT Total GFX Mem -256 for your Intel HD IGFX.

Forgive me for all my typos. I make a lot :(

Changes made exactly as instructed. Still stuck in boot. :(

Actually I stand corrected.

Now, with the last changes, I still cannot boot, AND, if I try booting with the USB drive onto HS, I get stuck in this loop, where that text appears and disappears in an endless cycle.

In your ACPI [1] uncheck all EXCEPT [ √] Fix Shut Down .
Then Click [2] and check EVERYTHING as shown in my uploaded image of ACPI

In Kernel and Kext Patches match mine
Save that config.plist and try again to boot.
I will recheck the Forum in 10 Minuets
If there are further problems after that, I won't be able help until I logon in ~ 10 hrs

I've setup Acpi 1 and 2 as instructed.

I had Kernel & Kext Patches the same as yours, except for I have an entry for AppleAHCIPort (see pict)

Booting next...

You mean when you changed the BIOS Chipset to Internal Graphics must be >ENABLED
DVMT -Pre Allocated must be 128M
DVMT Total GFX Mem -256 for your Intel HD IGFX.
You could not reach CBM screen?

You should boot using USB installer then switch to HDD until you are able to login with your password .
have you reached that stage?

Once you boot with your USB go to Options >
Then go to Graphics Injector and see if you have Intel selected to boot > better still show me that image

I noted . I don't know if you need that but just use it as is. What about ACPI?

No, that's not what I mean.

I can reach CBM screen when I boot off the USB, but when I select the HS drive, I never reach the OS desktop. I get stuck in that cycle -- but only when I'm in IGFX and connected from motherboard's video to the monitor.

What's interesting is that if I switch the BIOS from IGFX back to PCIe Slot 1, and connect to the add-on graphics card, I have no problem booting from USB and selecting the HS and reaching the OS desktop.
