No Sound - Realtek ALC AppleHDA [Guide]

Yes. For some reason using the latest recommended clover doesn't work properly with the audio drivers. Downgrading to a earlier version (current clover in Sierra Multibeast) fixed the issues I had.

3243 is the clover version in El Capitan Multibeast. I did a lot of experimenting this weekend. I did a fresh install of El capitain. Everything worked perfect. Upgrades the clover to the latest and audio acted up. So I downgraded them again. Installed Sierra (audio not working), ran multibeast to install audio again and that version of clover and everything is working 100%

@Denk0
IOReg does not show 2nd Line Out selected; no sound from Black port. Nothing is selected. Try again.
I've connected the green connector to the black port and selected 2nd Line Out in the Preferences. Am I doing right?

IOReg does not show audio playing.
How are you verifying sound?
What is connected to what, what is selected?

I can't verified it properly because no media could be played. iTunes doesn't play, movies with either quicktime or vlc doesn't play (it remains stuck at 0.00), youtube videos doesn't play (it remains stuck at 0.00).
I tried to play sounds from system preferences/sound/sound effects.
tired with spdif (digital optical audio) and no sound. tried with 3,5 jack to green and black port selecting all the output that I could choose in system preferences/sound/ output

Let me know if I've missed anything. I can get BIOS version if we need it. Thanks in advance for helping me troubleshoot this annoyance. (also having some weirdness in Clover, posted under: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/corrupt-efi.219468/#post-1480853)
  1. Description of audio problem: spontaneous loss of audio, in fact, just recovered from known working CCC clone, was working, then just lost sound again. Tried rerunning Multibeast to inject the 1150 kext, but doesn't seem to take. Previous times I've managed to fix this by just rerunning multibeast a couple times (w/ restarts in between) and somehow it would fix itself......rather have a proper fix than this though.
  2. macOS 10.12.4, Gigabyte Z97X-Gaming 5 LGA1150 Z97 DDR3/Bios Version F7 / Intel i7 4790K 4GHz
  3. Procedure/Guide Used - Multibeast 9.0.1, haven't touched anything since 10.12.4, at which point I had no problems.
  4. Copy of IOReg

spontaneous loss of audio
Do not paste boot log into post; save as a file and attach. Remove the log from your post.
config.plist is missing
Confirm, audio devices remain, sound stops?
What happens when sound stops, change audio device, reselect original device; sound (y/n)?
Files attached, sound working (y/n)?
