AppleHDA.kext is not native, 700 KB missing. Install native AppleHDA.kext and install audio.
This one I freshly extracted using Pacifist from the 10.12.3 update dmg. Installed, ran cloveralc, then kext utility. EFI was mounted and realtekALC was installed into 10.12 kext folder. Still no audio.

Hello! Could you help me, please? Here is my problem:
1. No sound. YouTube videos and iTunes don't play at all. I can hear a click in my headphones just once after rebooting when I push the "Play" button and that's all.
2. mac OS Sierra 10.12.4/Gigabyte Z270 HD3P/BIOS F5c/Intel Core i7 7700k/Intel Graphics 630
3. I used audio_cloverALC-120_v1.0d.command
4. Headphones: SteelSeries Syberia v2 connected to the green port. Looks like microphone works(Input Level is changing while I'm speaking)

Forgot to mention. I have HDMI connection with my monitor which has sound output. It has no sound as well but it might be an issue

That is the problem, update only contains updated files. Extract from Sierra installer.
