From where did you download macOS 10.12.2? Why not 10.12.3? On what hardware did you prepare your USB installer?

I download from Appstore few months ago and use a 32GB Kingston USB3.0 U disk.
I have put SATA-100-series-unsupported.kext in CLOVER/KEXT/Other just now,but SSD Still notwork.


Update: I update mac OS to 10.12.3,remake usb installer and remove patched from clover/.Both of them work!

I suspect you were using patched ACPI files from another computer (never a good idea), or made some other mistake regarding your ACPI setup.
 
My XPS stuck at the installing process. It either shows "IOAHCIBlockStoragedriver: Could Not Recover SATA HDD after 5 attempts, terminating." or "busy timeout(0), (240s) kextd wait (0); 'IOAHCIDevice'" on my XP941 ssd which should not be a NVme. It would boot into the installation screen but it shows no SSD in Disk Utility, only the USB.

The most strange thing is, I managed to install and boot into 10.11.4 successfully someday ago before I formatted it, but I cannot do either 10.12 or 10.11 installation now.

Is it matter if I should use diskpart to clean the whole ssd in order to perform a new install?

Upload your Clover folder. Delete the themes folder and compress it all as zip.

ths, Finally I use syscl's deploy tool to auto patch ACPI files and make this xps13 full working.

Your EFI folder is not per guide. Read RehabMans Clover guide carefully.
You only should have the folder "other" in EFI/Clover/kexts. Delete 10.11 and 10.12.
You have a skylake system, you need to put SATA-100-series-unsupported.kext in EFI/Clover/kexts/other.
I don´t read your config.plist, because I´m writing this post on a windows 10 machine, but have you implement the minStolen size patch in your config.plist?
You can use RehabMans config.plist for 520 as a "basic". The download is available in RehabMans clover guide.

I also think that in your Clover folder some folders missing like the OEM folder, but I´m not sure if this can cause problems.
 
Those of you interested in multitouch support for our laptop please vote here so we can count how many people are interested in and how much we can try dropping license price for it. Then I'm gonna write to the developer for a volume purchase.
