Enable XMP in the BIOS if you have the option for it if not enable XMP to Yes in config. Verify that RAM is being seen in OS X/macOS make sure that SMBIOS Trust is set to True not False.
Hi, I have a similar problem, after direct updating from El Capitan to High Sierra, Photos crashed twice so far (not always) and then reboot automatically, my system configuraton is set to iMac 14,2 and on my config file is:
