Did you install thunderbolt in windows from program files? Boot into windows and make sure your UAD is Working. It seems like the UAD apollo is not getting enough power.

Yes, I Installed the Thunderbolt software and the FW Thunderbolt update in program files (FlashTBT_100).
What do you mean is not getting enough power? It says on the IOReg that it is self powered.

I have the same mobo and while I have not connected my Apollo to it yet I have noticed that while the USB ports show up in the System Profiler correctly only the USB_1 ports actually work.
Also the ethernet port closest to the PCI slots works correctly but the other one doesn't.
Question is has anyone confirmed a fix for any of this?

Blast44 does your DSDT file "replace" any existing file or is just added to
EFI > Clover > ACPI > Patched
thanks

add the DSDT.aml to EFI > Clover > ACPI > Patched this will correct any errors that prevents the thunderbolt port from working, you have to use the port limit patch from multibeast and USBinject all kext in clover/kext/10.12 then create a custom ssdt.aml for your USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports then use boot flag uia_exclude=HSnn;SSnn the ports you don't need to bring down the USB port back to the 15 port limit set by apple.thunderbolt will only work from boot and is not hot swappable. as for ethernet I have not tried that because I am connect via wifi with a compatible pci wifi Bluetooth module. If you want I can send you my efi folder. let Me know

I also see in your profile you are using the x99 designare but this is for the Z170x Designare unless I am wrong, however if so, both boards have different chipsets so it wont be the same.

Thanks for the quick reply...
I have USBInjectAll.kext already in my Kext > "other" folder. Should I have created a 10.12 folder?
Let me explain how I set my EFI folder up and you can tell me how to add what you suggested...
I installed the Mac OS via Unibeast and got to the Mac desktop.
I then ran Clover and installed it on the SSD.
Once the EFI for the SSD mounted on the desktop I replaced the EFI folder with my EFI folder. (I am happy to share it if someone can tell me why I can't upload it).
I did not use Multibeast since I was using Koush's files...

I am not sure how to add Multibeast to my existing EFI without screwing something up.
Is it possible to just mount the EFI and add manually like I have previously?
