Hi everyone,

I have setup my Yoga 2 pro with 3 operating systems from the same SSD

1. windows 10
2. Ubuntu 16.04
3. El capitan

The first week of using El capitan is very stable.
Im thinking if it continues like this i will delete all other partitions and keep only the el capitan one.

Based on https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/want-to-to-get-rid-of-windows-just-delete-partition.199059/ it is as simple as deleting other partitions and extending the osx volume.

I happen to have a lot of small backup partitions especially from windows ( it came with 8.1 upgraded to 10)

Should i still delete other partitions, extend osx and delete the folders from EFI partition or make a copy with Carbon Copy Cloner and make a clean install?

Thank you

@RehabMan the only similar FAQ in that post is the following

Q. Is it possible to preserve my existing Windows installation?

Which is not what i want.
Should i find the kind of current installations in order to be sure if the other operating systems can just be deleted from Disk Utility?

The Clover guide (linked from the FAQ) covers important dual-boot topics and use of efibootmgr to manage boot entries.

You should read it.
