Read post #1, "Problem Reporting". You did not provide ioreg.

Also, power management is not implemented correctly. Read post #1, "Power Management".

You cannot add only the serial#. All SMBIOS data must be in sync (model name is related to board-id, is related to BIOS version, is related to serial#).

After i have done this ,how can confirm power management is working as it is supposed to ??

I've got a HP EliteBook 840 G2, which I wanted to install OSX on. I've followed this guide quite precisely but it is refusing to boot correctly. I've attached my folder structure of the EFI, and some photo's of the error's I receive. Also with my full EFI folders and the origin folder seperately. This is a dump of the F4 button.

What is the problem with ACPI? Afterwards when it didn't boot I also applied the changed from here to the config.plist.

Use AppleIntelInfo.kext and/or Intel Power Gadget. Also useful to benchmark with GeekBench.

Your setup is incorrect. It is not valid to use the final config.plist without all the SSDTs in ACPI/patched. You have nothing in ACPI/patched, yet you're trying to use the final config.plist.

Also this guide does not use OsxAptioFix2Drv-64.efi. It uses OsxAptioFixDrv-64.efi.

Your EFI/Clover/kexts is also not according to the guide.

Follow the guide carefully.

Yeah I used some kexts from the other guide too, since he got it to work. I thought the SSDTs was something you had to do after Clover had booted and you were able to boot into the installer itself. But this has to be done on the machine I made the USB on?
