I boot verbose and all I see is those 3 lines below:
OsxAptioFixDr: Starting overriding for System\Library\CoreServices\boot.efi

Your config.plist is not appropriate for your hardware. It is only for mixed HD3000 on 7-series. Your laptop is neither HD3000, nor 7-series.
And you don't need GenericUSBXHCI.kext (it seems unlikely your laptop has USB3, most laptops that old don't have it).
Make sure you follow the guide in post #1 (it does not use Unibeast). You must use the BaseBinaries method as that is the only way you can remove the Intel graphics kexts.
Your issue is likely a USB problem. Try all USB ports. Make sure you're using a USB2 port and USB2 stick.

Mobo: manufacturer/model + bootloader(Clover/Chameleon/Chimera)
CPU: detailed CPU model + motherboard chipset
Graphics: all graphics devices + laptop internal screen resolution
For example, typical Ivy laptop:
Mobo: HP ProBook 4540s (Clover)
CPU: i5-3320m/HM76
Graphics: HD4000, 1366x768
Use CPU-Z on Windows to find CPU (Core iX-xxx) and motherboard chipset (HMxx), and graphics capabilities. For a laptop, these details are important and affect critical installation procedures.
Note: When specifying your bootloader, if using Clover legacy, please be sure to specify "Clover legacy"). Specifying "Clover" will be assumed as "Clover UEFI"
