Your config.plist is wrong for 1600x900. You're using the 1366x768 plist.

Looks like a normal boot. Be patient. Booting the installer from USB is not quick.
It might be a bit faster if you had bluetooth kexts in Clover/kexts... (assuming you have a supported BT device installed).
Your profile lacks hardware details, so no idea if you chose the correct config.plist.
I had the hardware details in my signature, sorry if it was not visible. Attached is CPU-Z report for additional hardware details. I do not have a BT device installed.

I'm not sure what happens when you use a FakeID with 16 hex digits. It is a 32-bit value and hence limited to 8 hex digits.
Also, your first image seems to indicate the serial port is enabled, which I'm pretty sure is mentioned in the guide as it should be disabled.

and another detail the first elitebook model didn´t had a MDC card. This Elitebook does.
