OS X Mavericks cannot be installed on this computer.

I had the same or a similar problem trying to download Mavericks from the store. The solution was changing the system definition to a different one. In my case I changed from Mac 3,1 to iMac 14,2 temporarily. You can find these definitions in Multibeast under "Customize" / "System definitions"...

Audio was fine in 10.8.3, but slowly begins to static/distort in 10.8.5?

I experienced distorted audio as well after updating to 10.8.5, using the latest Multibeast 5.5.3 audio driver. After a quick search I found out the switching from the front to the rear audio port will 'cure' the problem. In fact the audio output is not distored any more but it is just a workaround.

    Sound issues for 10.7.1

To create a custom DSDT I can recommend you the DSDT auto patcher (http://www.kexts.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=1169). See attachment for a first look. The best thing is that there is a Java version running under Linux or Windows in case you can not boot Mac OS.

    osx 10.7 ALC889A no working

No, you do not have to repeat the installation of userdsdt. Be sure that you figure out whether your DSDT has sound patches included or not. In the second case the installation of the HDAenabler is obligatory.

    osx 10.7 ALC889A no working

I can not comment on EasyBeast, but I can tell you that the key to get it working is the replacement of the appleHDA.kext in /System/Library/Extensions. See the extract from Multibeast below: Drivers&Bootloaders/Kexts&Enablers/Realtek ALC8xx/AppleHDA Rollback Replaces the current AppleHDA.kext...
