Hello,
I bought the ZOTAC ZBOX IE750 - http://www.tonymacx8...zbox-ie750.html.

It has the following hardware:
CPU - I7 - 4770R
GPU - Intel HD5200 Iris Pro.
Chipset - HM87
Audio - Realtek ALC892-GR
Ethernet - Realtek RTL8111F
WiFi + Bluetooth - Intel AC3160

I used Clover to install the system as described here:
http://www.tonymacx86.com/yosemite-desktop-guides/152780-success-zotac-zbox-ie750.html

I managed using some kext and plist to get the system working with only the Sound, TRIM an the WiFi not working.

I tried using MultiBeast to enable TRIM and install the Sound Drivers.

This is what I chose in MultiBeast:

Drivers:
Realtek ALC8xx
Optional EFI Installed Bootloader Support

Disk
Trim Enabler
10.10.x TRIM Patch

Customize
Basic Boot Options

While "Optional EFI Installed Bootloader Support" and "Basic Boot Options" were chosen because MultiBeast made me (It didn't recognize the bootloader it expected or something like that).

Then I restarted the computer and things went bad.
I got the "No Enter" sign.

I ran Verbose mode to see where it gets stuck:

I searched for the "No Sign" error and got this related to the TRIM:

http://www.cindori.o...r-and-yosemite/

Which they say to run recovery and enter the following on the terminal:

cd "/Volumes/Your Disk Name"
touch System/Library/Extensions
kextcache -prelinked-kernel System/Library/Caches/com.apple.kext.caches/Startup/kernelcache -K System/Library/Kernels/kernel System/Library/Extensions

I ran it and this is what I got:

Which says something about the Sound Drivers.

Is there anyway to "Undo" the changes by MultiBeast?

Thank You.

Have you tried booting with :

-v kext-dev-mode=1

Hi,
Yes I did.

Same result.
Any other ideas?

I can access the Terminal using recovery, could that help?

It is often quicker to reinstall than it is to troubleshoot an installation that has gone bad.

Are you sure you even need the Trim patch ?

Many SSDs now have the garbage collection routines 'built-in' without the need for additional Trim support.

Good Luck

Hi,
I have the Samsung 850 Pro, what do you think?

when you say Re Install, do you mean formatting all?

I downloaded many things and adjusted settings.

Thank You.

The choice is yours to make

I see no mention of Safe Mode, have you tried that ?

Try

-v -x -f kext-dev-mode=1

Hi,
I meant given I have the Samsung 850 Pro, do I need TRIM?

So I need to completely format the drive and re install everything.
Isn't there a "Refresh" install or Fix install of the OS X?

I mean I have the clover already installed in the HD, does MultiBeast made any changes to it?

Thank You.
