[Yosemite] Dell Inspiron 5520 - Post Installation

I've successfully installed OS X Yosemite on my Dell Inspiron 5520 with the steps detailed here:

I'm in the post installation stage, but I'm not sure what I need to install with MultiBeast to achieve 100% system functionality.

I would appreciate any help.

Dell Inspiron 15R (5520)

Intel Core i7-3632QM @ 2.2GHz (Ivy Bridge)
8GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 798MHz
Intel HD Graphics 4000
931GB Western Digital WDC (SATA)

I manage to Install El capitan 10.11.6 On dell 5520 check it out
