You can modify the UEFI boot entries (and order) with 'efibootmgr' in Linux. It is a bit difficult to get the syntax, but it does work.

You do not need a CD/DVD drive to install Windows... but you do need a USB flash.

I'm just gonna download an image of my OS X to a 128gb flash drive I have and format the whole thing than reinstall the OS to it. Then I can reuse that same flash drive to upload a windows installer to it and use that on a small partition where I can find the info you need. I hope this works.

Looks like may be eDP. You can patch the connector in the framebuffer for eDP...

And you could try injecting that EDID.

I injected the edid and all it did was instantly crash. Is there a guide for the eDP?

Most guides tell me to convert it from a hex code to a beta64 code but my plist editor says that it wants it in a hex code, but when I do put the hex code in and save the editor adds spaces within the code.;

It should be type <data>. Data will be stored in base64 (not beta64). Most plist editors will automatically convert hex code for <data> type to base64. Make sure it is exactly 128 bytes and is exactly as extracted.
