Do you think there will be possible to put on a hackintosh model Xiaomi Mi Notebook Air 12.5 ?
After all the characteristics it is very similar to the Macbook 12, not including 8GB RAM.
Xiaomi Mi Notebook Air 12.5
- CPU: Intel Core M3-6y30 (Skylake)
- Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 515
- Memory: 4 GB RAM, 128GB SATA SSD (plus one free SATA slot)
- Display: 12,5", 1920 × 1080 pixelů
- Connectivity: USB Type-C charging port, 1× USB 3.0, 1× HDMI, 3,5 mm audio jack
I don't see why not.
Its the same 515 in the Macbook 12" 2016 model, and the 2016 also has an M3 Skylake.
Its pretty much the same CPU / GFX as the 2016 Macbook 12" Refresh model.
Macbook 12" | 12.5" Mi Air
CPU Skylake - Intel ® Core ™ m3 | CPU Skylake - Intel ® Core ™ m3 (similar)
Intel 515 GFX | Intel 515 GFX (same)
?? | Realtek ALC233 ( audio drivers available for el Capitan)
BCM15700A2 |Intel AC8260 (wifi - no drivers )
Did a moderate spot of googling, and see that its already being tried -

Chipset - ok.
Audio - ok (with driver)
Only issues to note are the wifi card isn't usable, they're still seeing if an M2 wifi card will work, eg bcm94352z
Tempted to get one, as its half the price of the macbook, although the low ram is a bit painful.
