Hello, I have the following gear:
CPU: i7 5960x
Mobo: Asus X99 Deluxe USB 3.1
GPU: Gainward GTX 970
I am trying to install OS X 10.10.x on this hardware with absolutely no luck. I tried all the guides I found online none of which helps.
I tried UniBeast method, with that I reach PCI Configuration Begin then it's stuck. With Clover I reach PCI Configuration Begin then after 5-10 seconds the computer reboots.
I am 100% sure that I patched the kernel properly, and used the correct kexts.
With 10.9.5 I managed to get to the installer, it's installing now, will update this post when it's done.
Update: The install went through, but after installing the Nvidia Web Driver the computer won't boot anymore.
