Would Mavericks work on this thing?

Hey everyone,
I want to install Mavericks on my laptop. I know, I know, why on laptop when I have a desktop, but my desktop computer is currently not working and I want Mavericks on my laptop anyway (I can also then install Mavericks on my desktop via laptop running OSX).
Specs:
CPU - Intel core i3 2350M @ 2.3GHz (2nd gen)
MB - n/a (I can't seem to find this information anywhere, sorry)
RAM - 2x2GB 1600MHz
Onboard GPU - Intel HD Graphics 3000
HDD - 500GB Hitachi 5400RPM hard disk
This is Fujitsu Lifebook A(H)531 btw.
I also wonder if my Windows partition is going to get corrupted as my only backup is there (no I don't have any other HDDs), I will dual boot Mavericks and Windows 8!
I have Snow Leopard running in VirtualBox, and I have also downloaded Mavericks installer onto it, download Unibeast, Multibeast and I'm ready to go!
