Won't boot after 10.8.5 Update, it freezes?

Hi, I updated using the Combo update downloaded from apple.com, then repaired permissions after the installation and when I rebooted it wasn't working, got stuck at the apple logo and using the verbose mode I got this (picture attached). is there something I'm missing?!

It seems likely that a kext called 'BoomDevice' v1.1 is causing a problem. I know this is 3rd party audio software, but I've never used it so I don't exactly know what it is for. Try removing it.
