Windows 10 not booting anymore (Clover)

Hello!
I had "Successfully" installed Yosemit and Windows 10 in two different HD's for a while now, i used the Clover method and everything was working like a charm.

Today i was using the Windows 10 HD and suddenly everything freezed so i restarted my machine and now i can't get to Windows, every time i select the windows UEFI option in Clover the machine stays on a black screen after i see the small windows loader but then nothing happens!

Has anyone experience this before? Is there a cure for this?

Have you tried booting Windows directly from BIOS without using Clover?

This is a great starting point in troubleshooting this issue. What is the answer?

Hello,
I was able to get to a menu where i could run a restore on the windows HD and now i can boot to windows, but i don't understand what caused the issue, maybe windows updated automatically and the new version messed up my system?

I will keep you guys posted if anything happens.

Also, next time i will try to boot from the BIOS automatically as well,
