Will this build work well?

I wanna be able to run Mavericks, Yosemite, and Windows 7 or 8.1 on this little build, is all of this hack-compatible? - ASUS P8B75 - M/CSM mATX motherboard - Intel Core i3 4150, or Intel Core i5 3570 - 1 TB hard drive (planning to use second for Windows) - BitFenix Prodigy M Computer Case (comes with fans and PSU) - i already own a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.

ASUS P8B75 - socket 1155 board. i5-3570 suitable match with a compatible GPU

Intel Core i3-4150 - socket 1150 processor - does not fit above Asus board. Graphics also not supported. Would require a matching socket 1155 motherboard and a compatible GPU
